The typical pay scale for this role is between $87,500 and $105,000 annually. This compensation range is specific to CO - and may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations. In addition, the role may be eligible for incentives earned as part of the Annual Incentive plan which is discretionary and based on the performance of the firm, the business unit and the individual.

Role Overview

Responsibilities include regional Condo/Builder Program build out, financial analysis, partner relations (internal and external), and service level execution within relationships. Finally, the Home Lending Relationship Manager will need to assist sales in sourcing new relationships and grow purchase business within existing and newly established relationships.

  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for the Divisional Director and Condo/Builder Program Manager
  • The position is primarily responsible for ongoing Business Development activities focused on creating new Condo/Builder partnerships, and lead conversion improvement in existing relationships
  • Monitor & assess the performance & effectiveness of sales force dedicated to servicing each relationship
    • Partner and collaborate with Divisional Director (DD)/Senior Lending Manager (SLM) within region to ensure program progress and appropriate focus
  • Accountable for evaluating & sharing the performance results of the Condo/Builder Program within their supported regions and with the Condo/Builder Program Manager. Additionally, engage the Condo/Builder Program Manager, Divisional Director & Senior Lending Managers in activities necessary to ensure builder and condo success
  • Serve as chief liaison to the sales region's lending management regarding Condo/Builder Program changes, updates, policy & procedures and is single-point-of-contact to National Purchase Director office regarding ongoing program status, milestones, success, etc. of assigned Retail Sales Channel region
  • Collaborate with, and provide subject matter expertise to Divisional Directors and Senior Lending Managers
    • The position will assist with identifying program participants (internal identification) and coordinate training and workshops ensuring Lending Managers and Mortgage Bankers receive required knowledge development & skills training

  • Successful candidates would typically have 7-10 years of lending experience
  • Prior Mortgage Sales experience required
  • Ability to build and manage successful relationships, both internal and external to the organization
  • Purchase loan origination subject matter expertise
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required
  • Strong presentation and excellent follow up skills
  • Strong to intermediate MS Excel skills and PowerPoint
  • 5 plus years of management experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to influence individual contributors (Mortgage Bankers) & Managers
